What to bring
Required for every notarization:
Your unsigned documents
Make sure the document body is complete, but leave the signature line(s) blank. You will sign in front of the notary.
Valid photo ID
Must meet Washington State requirements (see below). The name on your ID must match the name printed on the document you are having notarized.
All signers must be present
If a document requires multiple signatures, all signers must be present at the same time, each with their own valid ID.
Allow 15 minutes per notary stamp
Please anticipate your arrival to allow enough time for us to complete your notarization during operating hours. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before closing for one document, and 1 hour before closing for 2 or more documents.
