What to bring
1 / Your unsigned documents
Make sure you leave the signature line(s) blank. Washington State requires your notary to witness each signature in person.
2 / Valid photo ID

3 / All signers present
Every person whose signature is being notarized must appear together at the time of service, each with their own photo ID.

What are Washington State ID requirements for notarization?
Washington State law requires every signer to present a valid, government-issued photo ID before a notary can perform a notarization. Acceptable forms of identification include a current driver's license, U.S. passport, or state-issued ID card.
